This project is the first bioclimatically certified residential complex in Greece with Gold level and the first project on the Athenian Riviera, which will operate on a daily basis with a renewable energy source.

Geothermal energy is an inexhaustible source of net energy, which is used for heating, cooling and the production of domestic hot water.
