Delving into details, in 2025, the event attracted a total of 8,522 visitors from around the world, marking an impressive 30% increase compared to the previous year. According to the exhibition director, Frank Thieme, GeoTHERM 2025 recorded an unprecedented level of international participation, welcoming 280 exhibitors from 23 countries, including Australia, China, Japan, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and the USA. This indicates that the proper utilization of geothermal energy is a crucial global issue.
