The school complex that has been built in ZEP Kozani in 2016, is the most modern educational facility to date. The school departments are distinguished in kindergarten and primary school, hosting children who live in ZEP Kozani and the surrounding settlements.

The geothermal project began in 2013, including 70 geothermal boreholes, with GreeNext Drilling Company laying the first – and solid – foundations for the building’s energy autonomy. The integrated heating-cooling energy system, combined with the photovoltaic and solar systems, boosted the building’s energy efficiency, bringing the country a few steps closer to sustainable development.

To this day, the school operates using exclusively renewable energy sources, highlighting the energetic character of the area and strengthening the identity of the place. The human resources of GreeNext Drilling Company express special joy, that they had the honor of introducing their own little stone into the educational process, creating a modern environment for our little friends.
